3PEAK develops, implements and improves the QMS in accordance with ISO 9001 and IATF16949(for Automotive) quality management standard to enhance customer satisfaction.

3PEAK has established a robust quality management system. A series of process documents (including document control, internal audit, ECN, failure analysis, etc.) are established to standardize and guide daily work. 3PEAK ensures the effective execution and implementation of these process documents through the key functions (design quality; supplier management; reliability; customer service) of the quality department. The goal of quality management is to meet the quality policy and ultimately achieve customer satisfaction.
