3PEAK's DrMOS integrates power MOSFET plus driver to provide an optimized power stage solution in a compact package for wide-voltage, high-current, synchronouse buck DC-DC applicatons. In addition, 3PEAK's DrMOS also can be a high side load swtich to fast turn on and turn off a high-voltage power supply up to 140 V.
