Product Shelf Life & Device Storage

Products manufactured by 3PEAK can be stored for a period of 36 months from the date of production under proper storage conditions (temperature lower than 32 ℃, relative humidity lower than 70%) in intact vacuum packaging without any air leakage or damage. 

After unpacking, the customer production environment and baking period should be controlled based on the MSL of the product referring to the J-STD-033.
