Product Change Notification

Changes that may affect the form, fit, function, quality and reliability of the product will be communicated to customers through a Product Change Notice (PCN) within ninety (90) days prior to the implementation of the change.

3PEAK provides the following information in PCN:

• PCN tracking number

• Reason for change

• Detailed description

• Product identification (affected products)

• Implementation date

• Impact on the product

• Contact information

In accordance with JEDEC Standard J-STD-046, lack of acknowledgment of the PCN within 30 days is considered acceptance of change.

For notification of product changes on automotive devices, 3PEAK complies with AEC-Q100.
