5-V, Zero-Drift Operational Amplifiers

Overview

The TPA5561Q and TPA5562Q devices are single and dual operational amplifiers. The devices have very low offset voltage within the operating temperature range by the zero-drift technology. The offset voltage of the device is ±45 μV maximum within the temprature range from −40°C to 125°C.

The TPA5561Q and TPA5562Q devices provide rail-torail input and output. The devices have excellent AC performance with 3.5-MHz bandwidth, 4.7-V/μs slew rate while drawing 0.5-mA quiescent current per amplifier.

The devices can be used in high-accuracy and high-speed signal conditions.
