The product, certified by AEC-Q100, meets the operating conditions of automotive chips. In addition, TPL8151Q supports wide range input of 29 V, and a high drive current of 1.5 A. The output voltage noise is as low as 17.5 μVRMS, with ripple rejection of up to 77 dB. It can fully meet the requirements for automotive linear power supply chips.
